Handler/Guest Services
We Talk Dog is looking for a new Guest Services team member who will maintain our high touch client care part time. This is not your standard receptionist position, we go far beyond that for the love of dogs and we have a great time with our clients and pups! Would also like this member to be available to be a dog handler within our playgroups. So that you get the best of both worlds, interacting with our human clients and our dog clients!
Duties Include: Greeting and signing in dogs for daycare, boarding, and grooming services. Responsible for answering the phone, emails and scheduling services, as well as maintaining our high level of customer service. Playing with the dogs that are here for daycare, grooming, and boarding. Maintaining safety within our play groups by monitoring play and interrupting problem behaviors. Cleaning kennels as well as waste from our play yards.
Reception:
Monday and Tuesday 6:30am - 6:30pm
Handler:
1-2 days in the week.
Skills include: Some computer skills are required. Must love dogs and be a team player! We are idealy looking for someone with a love for dogs who would like to personally work the front desk and interact with the dogs on a daily basis.
We are hands-on, working directly with the dogs all day every day. This is an up-tempo job and requires a passion for dogs and people, a great attitude and individuals that can keep up with the pace of our team.
